Description:
Brainspotting is the revolutionary and highly effective mind-body treatment that uses relevant eye positions to access the brain/body’s innate self-scanning and self-healing capacities, and thus release the core neurobiological sources of emotional and/or body pain, trauma, dissociation, and a variety of challenging symptoms.
Brainspotting Phase Two goes beyond the basics, equipping you with five advanced Brainspotting techniques designed specifically to address severe trauma and dissociation. These techniques will empower you to:
- Expand Your Skill Set: Master advanced Brainspotting skills such as Rolling Brainspotting, On-Eye Brainspotting, and Advanced One-Eye Brainspotting.
- Enhance Client Resilience: Learn advanced setup frames such as Z-Axis and Vergence that help overwhelmed clients quickly find their grounding and feel resourced.
- Deepen Your Understanding: Review and reinforce the key principles and theories from Phase One while integrating new, essential tools for working with complex trauma.
- Increase Client Stability: Use new methods to find specific, resourced eye positions that keep your clients within their window of tolerance.
- Boost Your Confidence: Gain the confidence and competence to handle more fragile and dissociative clients, providing them with the higher level of care they need.
